On this page I feature some facial and massage treatments learnt during my time on Crete, using Greek and Cretan products
Greek Mini Face Peeling with olive seeds - using a rich exfoliation cream made from crushed olive stones. Cleansing and toning is carried out followed by the exfoliation and the treatment is completed with a mini face massage using Thalgo Vitality face cream, re-hydration serum, and an eye cream.

Greek Mini Face Peeling with almond meal - A mini face exfoliation that contains natural almond oils and oatmeal. Gentle but very effective. Cleansing and toning are followed by the exfoliation and the treatment is completed with a mini face massage using Thalgo Vitality cream, re-hydration serum, and an eye cream.

Korres Greek Facial Treatment - Using a wide range of face care products from Korres® which include wild rose, pomegranate, Greek yoghurt, almond meal, olives, lemons, oranges, and figs. All of these are natural products sourced from Greece. The Korres facial includes cleansing, toning, exfoliation, face mask, and face massage with face creams containing serums and balancing moisturisers. The products used depend on the skin type. A hand massage is also included with this treatment.

Cretan Massage Treatments
Cretan Olive Oil Massage - This is a unique natural source of relaxation. Natural olive oil from Crete is used. The oil is warmed and mixed with a range of essential oils which are distilled from herbs endemic to Crete. These include winter savoury, sage, thyme, and the famous Dittany or Diktamos of Crete.

Raki and Olive Oil Massage - Raki is a traditional Cretan alcoholic beverage used for hundreds of years and many magical, mysterious properties have been attributed to it! Mixed with Cretan olive oil, (which is some of the finest in the world!), it provides a great massage that will re-energise you. The natural properties of raki help with muscular aches and its fresh aroma awakens the senses!
